It was great to receive a call from graffiti artist ‘Fanakapan’- looking for original music for a short promotional video.

For those of you who don’t know this chap, ‘Fanakapan’ is one of the original pioneers of hyper-realistic balloon art. His unique ability has earned him a huge following and huge notoriety to boot. He has worked with global companies ‘The Seventh Letter’ & ‘Jungle Boys’ to name a few and has commissioned pieces for an array of celebrities and collectors. Long story short, he’s the balls.

This video features Fanakapan painting a large mural, ahead of his solo art exhibition ‘Helios’. It was filmed and edited by Louis Thornton and given the extremely tight deadline, 1eight pulled it out the bag and produced this tasty little drum & bass soundtrack in about 8hrs. Enjoy! –
